The first establishment opened in Vilassar de Mar as a restaurant for social events such as weddings and business meetings. Around 1975, L\u2019Atl\u00e0ntida started offering market cuisine and introduced pizzas to the Maresme region; this establishment is still today a benchmark as a caf\u00e9 and restaurant with uninterrupted kitchen service.<\/p>\n

In 1995, La Botiga de L\u2019Atl\u00e0ntida (our shop) opened in Vilassar in response to demand for a takeaway and home service.<\/p>\n

The efforts of its founder, Miguel Ferrer, and later of his entire family, the teamwork of its staff and the management have made L\u2019Atl\u00e0ntida grow to this day. In 2017, a new L\u2019Atl\u00e0ntida was opened in the Matar\u00f3 Parc shopping centre, where dishes with a Mediterranean flavour and pizzas also take centre stage. Local ingredients and quality raw materials are its hallmark.<\/p>\n
