Here is our recipe for these Christmas holidays.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd hen<\/li>\n<li>200 g of cured bacon<\/li>\n<li>3 beef bones<\/li>\n<li>3 pig\u2019s trotters<\/li>\n<li>100 g of lean pork<\/li>\n<li>200 g of Perol pork sausage<\/li>\n<li>200 g of black sausage<\/li>\n<li>2 carrots<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd winter cabbage<\/li>\n<li>1 turnip<\/li>\n<li>6 l of water<\/li>\n<li>100 g of large pasta shells (\u2018galets\u2019)<\/li>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash the meat with plenty of water and give it a first boil. Next, prepare a pot with the meat, the turnip, the bacon and the 6 litres of water, and let it simmer for 4 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Add the winter cabbage, the carrot and the sausages, and let it cook for 15-20 min.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the meat from the pot. Bone it and cut it into dice of no more than 0.5 cm. Do the same with the vegetable; put it to one side.
